This song really resonates with me. I was a ‘good’ kid until about 17 when I made bad decisions that would linger with me for several years. I pushed away innocence & put on a facade that I was older/maturer than my years to avoid emotions and hurt. But in reality, I wish I could have those years back to avoid all the unnecessary pain I brought upon myself. That time really does seem like a dream, and i think this song really captures that whimsical and bitter teenage delusion- a contradiction within itself. So to anyone reading this, a calloused heart is not always better than feeling emotions.

omg i saw twenty one pilots last year and heard this band live and met them just when this came out, ever since then i just played their cd that they gave me (for free lol thanks) and been lovin it, freaked out when i saw this channel, here i am just listening to the cd loving the music for a year without checking how big they're community and fans have grown since i saw them. pointless story but it brings back happy memories
